PRODUCT PROCESS
Pre-processing (sorting / washing)
Each ingredient is carefully sorted and washed to remove the potential contaminants, and once complete, the ingredients are dehydreated / cut / ground according to standard
Measurement
The carefully prepared ingredients are measured according to the composition of each product’s mixture.
Mixture (mixing)
The measured ingredients are mixed in the right order and time to allow for a unique taste and flavor to blend well with the filling and the dough
Molding
Molds are used for each dumpling. The filling is filled in the shell to make the final dumpling form.
Steaming
To control any microorganisms in the products, Dumplings are heated and sterilized using a 95±3°C steamer.
Rapid Freezing
Rapid freezing is applied to less than -30°C to preserve the taste and freshness.
Inner Packaging
Frozen products pass through and X-ray to scan for contaminants, and go through sorting process, and then products are packaged according to the weight standards of each product.
Metal Detection
The packaged final products pass through a metal detector to scan wether the metal contaminants have entered the product or not.
Outer packaging
The product packages are packaged in a box according to the designated quantity.
Frozen storage
Products packaged in boxes are stored in a frozen warehouse maintained at -18°C.
