our vision as a company leading leads the Korean dumpling culture.
Introduction of company affiliated research institute
Hanmandu entered the dumpling manufacturing business in 1999,
and in 2013, the company affiliated research institute was opened.
Based on our 20 years of know-how, we have been developing our dumplings for customers' tastes,
with the slogan of "customer-oriented" and "product-oriented", not productivity-oriented product development.
As a result, we have got various patents and technologies with which we can produce various dumplings of 103 kinds (as of November, 2018).
We are continuing to develop innovative and creative products such as rib dumplings, transparent dumplings, and corn cheese dumplings in addition to our bold investment in order to achieve our vision as a company leading the Korean dumplings culture.
In addition, we are making special efforts to develop new products utilizing local agricultural products with the mission of saving our agriculture.
Additionally, we are recognized to make safe foods with HACCP and hygienic production facilities proper to international standards.
