■ Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
After the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved, the Company will immediately terminate the information without exception.

In principle, after the purpose of collection and use of personal information has been achieved, the Company will immediately terminate the information without exception. The procedure and method of destruction are as follows;
ο Destruction procedure
The information entered by the member for membership is transferred to the separate DB after the purpose has been achieved (in the case of paper, to the separate filing cabinet). According to the internal policy and other relevant laws and regulations on retention of personal information (refer to the Retention and Use Period of Personal Information), the information is stored for a certain period of time and terminated.
Personal information transferred to a separate database is not used for any purpose unless the law and regulations indicate.
ο Destruction method
Personal information stored in the form of electronic files is deleted using a technical method that cannot reproduce the record.
■ Provision of Personal Information
In principle, the Company does not provide the user's personal information outside. However, the following cases are excluded;

■ Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Them
Users and legal representatives may at any time view or modify the personal information registered by themselves or by children under 14 years old, and may request the termination of membership.
To view or modify personal information of a user or a child under the age of 14 years, click the “Change the personal information’ (or, ‘Modify the personal information’) and to cancel the membership (to the withdrawal of agreement), click “Leave the membership.” Which make you process the verification. Then, you can directly view, modify or terminate the membership. Or, please contact the person in charge of privacy policy via phone or e-mail, and we will arrange it without delay.
If you request correction of errors in your personal information, we will not use or provide such personal information until you have completed the correction. Also, if wrong personal information is already provided to a third party, we will notify the third party the result of correction without delay to handle correction.
For the personal information that is terminated or deleted at the request of the user or legal representative, we handle it as described in the "Period of Retention and Usage of Personal Information Collected by oo" and prohibit it from being viewed or accessed for other purposes.
